Sandra Wright

HEART Equine-Assisted Facilitator and Coach

Sandra is a people-centred wellbeing trainer, mentor and coach, whose strength is focusing on helping others recognise the pinch points that impact on their behaviour.

Fairness and embedding positive change through inclusion and openness are some of her core values. By developing a shared understanding of wellbeing in all aspects of life where everyone can be their true self, physically, mentally and creatively, Sandra is able to offer a safe platform to explore experiences that support the learning and growth of others.

“When we collaborate, we have the strength to drive change”.

Her lived experience of adrenal fatigue has resulted in her not only adopting healthier, sustainable solutions that have a positive impact on well-being but also given Sandra the ability to empathise with those under professional pressures and giving them a voice that will be heard.

She is an avid cyclist, watercolour artist and lover of nature and animals (mostly dogs!)
